Our restaurant uses high-quality Wagyu beef carefully selected by our Quality Assurance Department from all over the country. We offer cooking methods that bring out the flavor of the ingredients, depending on the condition and season. Especially recommended is the Kuroge Wagyu Beef Hitsumabushi. Enjoy it in a variety of ways, such as eating it as is, adding condiments such as green onions and perilla leaves, and adding dashi at the end. The ``Kuroge Wagyu Beef Hamburg'' fills your mouth with the deep sweetness unique to Wagyu beef, and can be enjoyed with Japanese pepper without the sauce.

For dinner, we recommend the "New Matsuzaka Course," which is the most popular at other restaurant.
