Using fresh, carefully selected ingredients delivered directly from the chicken farm, this dish is carefully hand-rolled and baked to a fluffy texture. Its light and elegant taste, neither too sweet nor too salty, is popular with people of all ages and genders. Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) made with plenty of plump, collagen-filled domestic beef tripe. We deliver the authentic taste of Hakata. <Soy sauce flavor> The classic Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot). Light yet rich, easy to eat, it pairs well with any dish. <Miso flavor> Rich and mellow. The umami of the tripe and the sweetness of the vegetables are concentrated in the broth.
