最寄り駅は西武鉄道新宿線「西武新宿駅」。
駅から徒歩3分ほどの東急歌舞伎町タワー内に構える。
2023年4月14日オープンの焼肉店“平城苑”の新業態のハンバーガーショップ。
注文したのは、
・「ダブルチェダーチーズバーガーセット(￥3,680(税込))」
・「JAPAN ALE<香>(￥900(税込))」
■パティ
神戸牛100%パティは、神戸牛とは思えないほどに旨味控えめのやわらかであっさりとした不思議な仕上がり。
■バンズ
ふかふかとしたバンズ。
■トッピング
別添えホースラディッシュソース・マッシュルーム・シャキシャキ野菜といった構成。
■ポテト
サクサクカリカリのシューストリングタイプ。
■JAPAN ALE<香>
爽やかな香りとともにすっきりとした苦味と後味が楽しめる一杯。
■総じて
“和牛”ではなく“WAGYU”を前面に出していることから日本人向けではなく、海外向けといったイメージの印象。
それだけにお料理に関しては値段の割に物足りない感が否めないものの、それ以上に店員さんの接客のクオリティのガッカリ感が残念なところ。
もうちょっと頑張ってほしいお店だぁね。
