新大久保駅の南東側、職安通りに向かう路地にオープンした韓国料理レストラン。
珍しい一軒家洋館風の建物で、外観は若々しく派手。1階がSANTAカフェという庭のあるファンシーなカフェスペースで2階が当店です。
ランチタイムメニューもあり、釜飯セットが目を惹きます。
他にはビビンバや冷麺などもありました。
釜飯と味噌チゲのセット1200円をお願いしました。
おかずにはキムチ、レンコンきんぴら、もやしナムル。キムチはあっさり味。
そこにグツグツ煮立った味噌チゲと釜飯が到着。
釜飯はその場で茶碗によそってくれ、残りのおこげヌルンジをお茶漬けにして、ソウルフードスンニュンにしてくれます。
釜飯は栗や銀杏、枝豆といった秋の味覚が炊き込まれた雑穀米で、ほぼ素材の味。日本人にはおかずが必要です。
なので味噌チゲをまぶしたりしていただきました。
味噌チゲはピリ辛で具だくさん。
熱々でこちらもスッキリ味で美味しいです。
さてご飯を食べきったところでおこげのお茶漬け。
味付けが米にお茶というナチュラル系。
韓国の伝統料理なのですが、日本人には出汁もしくは塩気が欲しいところ。
アミの塩辛とかあったらいいなあと思ってしまいました。
ポップでオシャレな新店ながら、なんとも伝統的なランチでした。
