The stone oven located in the center of the kitchen features a gentle high heat of 400 degrees Celsius, allowing for a variety of cooking methods such as roasting and stewing. We use carefully selected ingredients produced around the Kanto region, including meat and fresh vegetables delivered directly from the farm. Please enjoy our unique dishes made in a stone oven to lock in the flavor. We also have plant-based dishes and desserts, so even vegetarians can enjoy their meals.

"JAM17DINING" is located on the 17th floor between Shinjuku Tokyu Kabukicho Tower's entertainment facility and two hotels. A JAM17 series Gelato store and BAR are also located on the same floor, creating a new store full of charm. The DINING store has an open kitchen, a rooftop terrace, and a large screen, giving it a lively feel, making it a new social gathering place for parties!
