初訪問です。
新宿駅から徒歩6〜7分の場所にあるこちら。
2階のお店で階段をあがります。
店内はわりと広くて外光が入り居心地の良い雰囲気。
店員さんもなかなか丁寧でした。
カウンターとテーブル席があって、自分は窓際のカウンター席に座りました。
初めての方にとメニューの説明をいただき、注文は押しボタンで呼んで注文します。
ちなみにお会計はセルフレジです。
土曜の12時ごろの訪問で3割くらいの入り具合でした。
本日頼んだのは、
ごまさば丼 858円
味噌汁セット 132円
ご飯の量が選べて、中にしました。
味噌汁はあおさにしました。
4〜5分で運ばれてきました。
大きめの椀に味噌汁が盛られています。
優しめの味付けでなかなか美味しかったです。
漬物は大根に出汁をほどよく効かせたもの、これも丼の合間に良かった。
ごまさば丼には真ん中に卵黄が紫蘇の上にのり、見た目も良い感じ。
小さなすり鉢に白と黒の胡麻が入っていて自分で好みにすってかけます。香りがたって良い感じ。
ご飯はやや温かい白飯、そこへ新鮮だからこその生さばがのってます。中盛に対しては少し少なめ。臭みなくやわらかくて美味しいです。ごまさば用の醤油ダレも甘さがあってあってました。
なかなかの定食、セットのグレードを上げると(330円)お茶漬けもできるようです。
あとさばとろ丼というのも気になりました。
