I heard that there was a golden snapper specialty store that had just opened in the Shinjuku area, so I went there! It is located in a back alley about a 2-minute walk from Shinjuku Sanchome Station. The traffic in this area has calmed down a bit, and you can see a few high-end restaurant lines. I made a reservation on a weekday evening and visited. A calm interior with a Japanese taste and a sense of luxury. The friendly customer service of the clerk is also a good impression. I feel that the customer base is also good. The happiness of being able to enjoy the taste of adults that I didn't understand so well when I was a child. I have opened a new door for golden snapper. Here are two of the ones that were particularly delicious! 1. Braised golden snapper It is a simple and gently seasoned stew. The original goodness of the material of the golden snapper is firmly utilized. The flesh is pre-puri and guineous. Boiled too tasty. I closed my eyes and savored it thoroughly. 2. Golden snapper shabu shabu The sashimi of the golden snapper served in the shape of a flower petal is shabu shabu in broth and dipped in homemade ponzu sauce. Too extravagant! I've never had a golden snapper shabu shabu before. She tightened up and showed a different face! I was able to enjoy the goodness of golden snapper from various angles. I think I'll go incognito.
