We purchase ingredients from Oita, the birthplace of toriten, and use light flour and rice flour to make it crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. You can eat as many toriten as you like with wasabi (Japanese horseradish) for a refreshing taste! Also, don't miss Tempura using seasonal ingredients. You can taste the season's delicacies every time you visit us, such as "corn" in summer and "garland chrysanthemum" in winter.
