東京都新宿駅西口から徒歩8分の和牛食堂waigayaにて薪焼きステーキ丼シングル1500円。新宿三丁目にあるランチハンバーグが人気の和牛ホルモンWAIGAYAの姉妹店です。先日、私が好きな食べ物系YouTuberが動画を上げているのを見てやってきました。
13時前に到着で客の入りは6割程、注文時にライスの量は並、ドリンクはグレープフルーツジュースでお願いしました。
程なくしてドリンクが運ばれてきましたが、着丼はそれから20分程かかりました。丼には炊き込みご飯の上に大きな玉子焼きが乗り、その上にカット入りの塊レアステーキとなります。
肉は脂身一切ナシの赤身でしっかり噛み応えがあるタイプ、丼と一緒に提供されたソースを使わずとも塩胡椒の味付けがされていて美味しいです。
玉子焼きも出汁が効いていて旨し、炊き込みご飯は丼と一緒に提供されたソースで味付けされているのかな？ナシゴレンぽい味でこちらもなかなかです。
肉のカットに手間取りながら完食、満足しました。ご馳走様！
