【概要】
2023年11月ニューオープンした新宿三丁目「和牛ホルモンWAIGAYA」姉妹店です。
料理は主に和牛を中心としたビストロがメインでランチでは和牛カレー、和牛炙り丼、ステーキ丼などを提供しておりました。休日の昼12時に訪問したのですが、なんと既に予約でいっぱい。予約なしで訪問したお客さんが断念して引き返しているような状況でした。そして客層は非常に女性比率高めです。A5ランクの黒毛和牛を手ごろな値段でボリュームたっぷり楽しめる且つ店内もおしゃれな雰囲気なので、人気が出るのも納得です。
デート、女子会、宴会など様々なシーンで利用できるお店だなと感じました！

◇薪焼ステーキ丼 400g（ダブル） 2,500円
ランチは和牛カレー、和牛炙り丼、薪焼ステーキ丼の3種類の中から選ぶことができ、ご飯の量も小、並、大、特大の中から選ぶことができます。さらにソフトドリンクも付いてきてお替り自由です。今回は気になっていた薪焼ステーキ丼を400gで注文しました！しかしかなりのボリュームであると聞いていたのでご飯は並でいかせていただきました！w
注文をした後の提供されるまでの待ち時間の時点で、まるでキャンプに来たかのような薪焼の香りが漂ってきます。そして提供されたときはボリューム感があまりに想像以上だったためとても驚いてしまいましたw ステーキというより刻みの入った肉塊です。しかも２つ。
あまりにも大きいのでハサミを使って切って頂きます。肉はさすがは黒毛和牛といった味わいで噛めば噛むほど和牛の旨味が口いっぱいに広がりとても食べ応えがあります。肉の下には卵焼きとガーリックライスが敷かれており、和牛ステーキとの相性抜群。薪焼ならではの香りが食欲をそそるのでどんどんと食べ進めてしまいました。
がっつり肉を食べたい時に間違いなく大満足な一品です！
