休日の夜にディナー訪問。
西新宿にオープンしたお肉が美味しいイタリアンビストロ。
同じく新宿にあるホルモン焼肉のお店、
和牛ホルモンWAIGAYAの姉妹店で
名物は芝浦直送A5和牛の薪焼きグリル！
西新宿の静かな路地に小さな立て看板、
一見オシャレなカフェのような隠れ家店★
ガラス張りで解放感のあるフロントに
センスを感じるスタイリッシュな雰囲気^^
オープンなカウンター席や奥にはソファー席もあって
仲間内での飲み会やデート、歓送迎会など
色んな使い方ができそう！
今回予約したのは飲み放題付きのコース、
A5ランク黒毛和牛のグリルメイン(6,500円)。
飲み放題は定番のビールやワインに加えて
ワインカクテルや組合せ自由のカクテルも選べて
最初の前菜盛りからお酒が進みます^^
春を感じる華やかなブリのカルパッチョに
しっとり柔らかい和牛のカルパッチョ、
2つのカルパッチョが楽しめるのも贅沢！
メインのA5ランク黒毛和牛のグリルは
豪快なブロックカットで登場★
ほんのり漂うスモーキーな香りが食欲そそる…
丁寧に火入れされた断面映え抜群のお肉は
和牛から想像してたような脂っこさはなくて
噛むほど広がる赤身の濃い旨みに沁みる幸せ(〃ω〃)
〆となる本日のパスタは和牛ボロネーゼ。
ひき肉ではないゴツゴツお肉がのっている！！
濃厚ミートソースが絡むもっちり麺が絶品で
お腹いっぱいのはずなのに止まらない謎笑
クリーミーでほろ苦な大人のティラミスを
デザートにゆっくりいただいてコース終了。
ランチの丼やカレーも人気と聞いたので
お昼に新宿来ることがあれば食べてみたいです^^
