初訪問です。
新宿三丁目駅から徒歩3〜4分の場所にあるこちら。
新しく出来たみたいで、店先にオープン祝いの華がたくさん。まだやってないのか？みたいな雰囲気で、入っても店員さん気づかず、こちらが声をかけて気づかれました。
平日の昼12時半ごろの訪問で、店内は1割くらいの入り具合でした。
テーブル席がならんでいて、雰囲気はザ居酒屋。
メニューは日付の書いてあるものなので、日ごとに違うのかもしれません。
若者グループはドデカ‼︎鶏の唐揚げ丼というのわ頼んでいて、ものすごく大きな唐揚げののった丼を食べてました。
本日頼んだのは、
ビックリ‼︎金華さば一夜干し 定食 1,280円
料理は上の階からエレベーターにのって届くみたいです。
5分ほどで運ばれてきました。
さばデカッ！大根おろしとレモンがそえられています。黄色い細い大根の漬物と味噌汁、ご飯が付きます。
さばは表面カリッと中はふっくらな感じに焼かれています。少し焼き過ぎ感はありましたが、身がジューシーです。
味噌汁はあおさが入ったもので薄味の優しい味付け。ご飯はかためなので、好みではあるけど少し経つとかたくなるくらいだからもう少しやわらかめが良さそう。でも十分美味しかった。
とにかくさばが大きくて食べ応えがあるのが良かったです。
実は二日酔いだったから、今回これにしましたが、唐揚も刺身も良さそう。
次はどちらかにしたいです。
