As part of our efforts to support the recovery from the earthquake on the Noto Peninsula in Ishikawa Prefecture, we have set up a sales corner that sells products from restaurant in the Noto region. We are also planning a variety of events, including launching a community to support earthquake recovery, planning travel tours around Ishikawa Prefecture, and holding workshops. With this desire in mind to "continue to be involved in earthquake recovery support," we will continue to do our best to support Noto, which is steadily progressing toward recovery!

Our blended coffee is a "craft blend", which is created by deciding on a theme or concept and then blending it to create the flavor you envision. Two types are available: Kenroku and Yuzen. ``Kenroku'' is full-bodied but has a soft aftertaste, and is reminiscent of Kanazawa men who are strong and masculine, but are kind at heart. ``Yuzen'' is a light-bodied drink with a sour aftertaste. The image is of a bright, strong and core-minded Kanazawa woman. Enjoy an unforgettable cup that's delicious even when it's cold!

We offer two types of curry: ``Coffee Shop Keema Curry'' and ``Green Dry Curry.'' In particular, ``Coffee Shop Keema Curry'' has been a popular menu item since the company's founding. The addition of coffee as a secret ingredient increases the richness and depth of this dish, making it a simple yet flavorful dish. Both use rice from Ishikawa Prefecture, so you can enjoy the rich flavor. Please try the marriage of coffee and spices.
