March 2024 Please also check out Instagram [a:https://www.instagram.com/xiaoshan7910/?hl=ja]<(_ _)> Dinner on this day was at Shinjuku Kabukicho. I got off at JR Shinjuku Station, crossed "Shinjuku Dori" and "Yasukuni Dori" and headed towards Kabukicho. Our destination was ``Tokyu Kabukicho Tower'', and we climbed up to the 5th floor and found the store we were aiming for that day, ``Shabu Teru''. This place opened on March 13, 2024. ``All seats are VIP counter seats (seating fee is free) ◆《shabu shabu-shabu eaten with dashi soup or Sukiyaki with popular flavor》 ◆All seats are VIP counter seats ◆<Popular> Kuroge Wagyu beef shabu shabu shabu・All-you-can-eat Sukiyaki ◆Compare the three major brands of Japanese beef [Matsusaka beef, Kobe beef, and Omi beef] ◆<Extreme meat> Kobe beef sirloin/brand Wagyu beef sirloin ◆20 types including [unusual mushrooms you've never seen before] Vegetables [Vivid colors] ◆Meat and vegetables [more delicious] with [Dashi soup] with the aroma of bonito stock ◆[For celebrations] Birthday/anniversary message plate ◆Free◆” I made a reservation through Tabelog reservation service, and was guided to a counter seat where I had sat before when the restaurant was owned by a different company. While drinking premium malt-scented ale for 880 yen including tax and lemon sour for 680 yen, I had the Akatsuki course shabu shabu, which is currently being offered at a discount of 5,500 yen from 7,700 yen including tax. The contents were as follows: ① Today's Branded Wagyu Beef Platter You could choose between Matsusaka Beef or Kobe Beef, and we ordered Matsusaka Beef and were served 3 pieces each of shoulder loin and thigh meat. Three types of dipping sauce were prepared: bonito stock, ponzu sauce, and sesame sauce. The shoulder loin had beautiful shabu shabu, and I enjoyed the melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness of the meat in the order of ponzu sauce, sesame sauce, and bonito stock (*・∀・*)ノ The thigh meat I was able to compare and enjoy the beautiful lean meat, soft and delicious quality of the meat using the same dipping sauce (*>∇<)ノ I think ponzu and sesame sauce are popular in shabu shabu, but having the option of bonito soup made it a 3. I really liked being able to enjoy the taste of the street Σ(゚∀゚ノ)ノノノノ ② Assortment of domestic pork belly and loin We were served pork belly and loin with a beautiful pink color that was as good as beef. The shabu-shabu was more shabu shabu than pork belly or beef, and I enjoyed the flavor of the fat with the three types of dipping sauce. I received it (๑╹ڡ╹๑) We prepared chili oil for the sesame sauce as an accent to the dipping sauce, and umeboshi for the bonito soup, and enjoyed the fascinating taste variations (o^―^o) ③ Today Assortment of farm-fresh vegetables. Radishes, carrots, red daikon radish, and cucumbers were served with bagna cauda sauce, and it was delicious as a vegetable first to cleanse the palate ヽ(´∀`●) Chinese cabbage, lettuce, mizuna, komatsuna, and green onions were delicious. I added them to the pot and enjoyed them with the beef, pork, and mushrooms (*^▽^*) ④Today's special mushrooms Bunapi, Daikokushimeji, Tamogidake, Tokiiro oyster mushroom, Toramakidake, Yamabushidake, Hanabiradake, and Namaki jellyfish, rare mushrooms. A complete lineup. We enjoyed each texture and healthy taste (≧▽≦) ⑤ Japanese Black Beef Sirloin (Service) This is Tabelog, and if you post it on Google, you will be able to get dessert or sirloin as a service. I told them that I would definitely post it, and they offered it to me (〃´∪`〃)ゞ This one was a one-shot with ponzu sauce, and it was delicious (。◕ˇдˇ ◕。)/ Champon noodles To finish off the hot pot, I enjoyed the refreshing Champon noodles and ponzu sauce, and then mixed it with plenty of sesame sauce and topped it with chili oil to enjoy the rich flavor (●´ω`●) At 7,060 yen, I thought it was a very reasonable price (^_-)-☆
