4月に新宿三丁目にオープンした 和食会席 雅-miyabi- で豪華なコースをいただいてきました。

メニュー見ると、日本酒なども多数あり、旬の食材に合わせた
大将のこだわりを感じました。
⚫️旬の小鉢4点盛り合わせ（胡麻豆腐、鯛の子、つぶ貝、ミニトマトのピクルス）
口の中で食材の旨みが広がり、つぶ貝はぷりぷりです。
⚫️本日のお刺身盛り合わせ（カツオとホタルイカ）
香りから食感まで新鮮さを感じ、感動の盛り合わせ。
店主が市場で目利きした食材なので間違いなしのおいしさ。
ここでハイボールを注文。きめ細やかな炭酸。天ぷらといただくのにぴったり。
⚫️蟹と旬野菜の天麩羅（ズワイガニ、ふきのとう、タラの芽・小茄子）
揚げ加減が絶妙！この日、桜を見てからお店へ辿り着きましたが
春の余韻を楽しめる味わいでした。

ここで大将が来てくださいました。
お部屋が一気に華やぎます。フランクで優しい大将。
仙台牛肩ロースの芯は自慢の品。サシも綺麗に入っています。
極上の時間です。すき焼きって特別感がありますよね。
頭の中で一緒に行きたい人が浮かびます。
〆のうどんも素材の出汁がしみしみして絶品。
