他にもお客様がいましたが、客層も大人の方たちで騒がしさなど一切なく、他の席が気になる事は全くありませんでした。

味付けのバランスが良く濃すぎず素材の持ち味を生かした味づけになっていました。

旬のホタルイカはこの春に何度も頂いたけど、旬の食材は何度食べても美味しい✨
マグロも観るからに美味しそうで、旨味とコクが強く美味しい赤身でした。

モロッコインゲン、小茄子、タラの芽、ズワイガニ
薄い衣にお塩を付けて頂く好きな食べ方✨
揚げたてサクサクで、どの食材も天麩羅にした事で素材本来の甘味と旨みが増してとても美味しい。

お肉は綺麗なサシが入っていて濃厚で甘味が有り柔らかくて美味しいです♪
お肉以外のお野菜やお豆腐などの具材もいっぱいで嬉しい。

コーヒーゼリーは甘さ控えめ。
すき焼きの後にさっぱり美味しく頂きました。
季節の食材が豊富に使われ、贅の限りを尽くした素晴らしいコースでした。
