何度か伺いながらも、いつもタイミング悪く満席で諦めていた「武蔵」さん。
世の中はお盆休み中の人が多いこともあり、チャンスだと思い行ってみました。
予想は見事的中し、いつもは満席必至の店内もわり...
「武蔵」という豚しゃぶの専門店で、目立たぬ場所のオフィスビルの地下。ランチは手頃な値段でたのしめるという。
メニューは２種類。豚しゃぶだけとそれに刺身や焼き物がついたモノ。はじめてだからまず豚しゃぶ...
もち豚は十分美味しいし、野菜もしっかり摂れるし、出汁が美味いし、割と安いし、接客も丁寧だし、お腹いっぱいだしで、なんか全てがちょうど良い！って感じのお店。
個人的には、もち豚でネギを山ほど巻いて...
美味な出汁にキャベツ、きのこ、もち豚のしゃぶしゃぶはさすが旨い！
追加のイベリコ豚もやっぱり美味しかったー。
何度来ても満足です!
今回はカウンターに案内された。
2回目なので食べ方をわかった気でいたら意外と忘れていて、次は食べ方をまた聞こうと思った。
