豚しゃぶ専門店のお店は、店内は広くゆっくりできる雰囲気です。
もち豚とイベリコ豚のセットとたんしゃぶを注文しました。
店員さんに勧められてカツオの出汁をそのままいただくと美味しい！このままでも飽きずに飲み続けられるかも。
キャベツを中心とした野菜を先に入れ、火が通ってきたところで豚肉を入れます。このお店の食べ方は野菜を豚肉で包んで食べるのが流儀だそうで、実際にやってみると本当に美味しいです。
野菜とバランスよく食べて行くので、お腹いっぱいになっても翌日の体重を気にする必要がないのが嬉しいです。
あと、このお店の良いところは店員さんがとても親切に接客してくださるところです。
