雰囲気が抜群に良いしゃぶしゃぶのお店「武蔵」
個室があり使い勝手もよさそうで接客も気持ちの良い気の利いた感じです。
いい店構えなので夜は若干お高めの印象ですが、ランチはリーズナブルに楽しめます。
もち豚＆イベリコ豚のミックスしゃぶしゃぶ（1200円）が好きです！
脂身が少なくさっぱりとした味わいのもち豚と
程よく脂身がありトロっとした味わいのイベリコ豚
2つを同時に食べられて脂身も2種類の豚が食べられるのでちょうどよい。
なんといってもお出汁も最高に美味しいです！
若干甘みを感じるお出汁にたっぷりの打ち野菜を入れてしなってきたところで
お肉をしゃぶしゃぶしていただきます。
お出汁そのままか、ゴマダレで食べられるのでそれもまたうれしい！
柚子胡椒、叩き梅、ピリ辛のやつ笑、と3種類の薬味もついてくるので味変していろいろな味を楽しめます。
個人的にはそのままか、ゴマダレにピリ辛のやつを入れたタレが好きです！
ごはんにかけるふりかけも卓上にあり、余ってしまったらご飯はふりかけで。
とにかくいろいろな食べ方ができるので飽きのこない味を楽しめます。
もちろんお肉も美味しく、1人前だとちょっと物足りない！
友人とお邪魔した際には、〆のラーメンを1人前半分にして食べるくらい美味しいお出汁が好きでした！
