Every morning, the owner personally goes to Toyosu and uses his expert judgment to purchase the delicious seafood of the day. For the sushi, we use a blend of rice that changes brands depending on the season. We use several types of sushi vinegar to create a carefully selected combination. We recommend the soft-textured ``steamed abalone'' and the plump and delicious ``boiled conger eel.'' In addition, tuna and other white fish are aged to bring out their maximum flavor. Please enjoy Sushi that we make with all our heart.
