ランチではちらしや海鮮丼が豊富なお鮨屋さん。
ディナーはつまみも多く居酒屋的に利用される方も多くいらっしゃります。
今回注文した海鮮ばらちらしは、
イカ・ハマチ・赤身をわさび醤油と甘辛ダレを使って味付けされているそうです。
甘辛さがベースにありつつ、ピリッとしたワサビの風味がクセになります。
そしていくらととびっこがたくさん乗っていてプチプチした食感も良きです。
とても美味しかったです。
