新宿でお買い物して、帰りに寄ったのは
新宿御苑駅から徒歩３０秒にある
イベリ家。
こちらのお店一軒家で一階はキッチン
2階がお店になってます
まだオープンされたばかりで、
とても綺麗なお店です。
お店には豚ちゃんの絵が書いてあり
めちゃくちゃかわいい。
〇生ハム５種盛り、
・ハモンセラーノ14か月とハモンイベリコ24か月、
まずはこれ食べ比べ、旨味も塩気もすごーくいい、美味しい
・コピタ・ベジョータ、
肩ロースだとか、見た目全然違う、脂身のバランスいい感じ、
・原木ハモン・イベリコ24か月、
やや厚め、香りも違うし噛むほどの旨味がすごい、
・原木100%イベリコ・ベジョータ40か月、
色に熟成期間がでてる、初体験！旨味の塊！
噛むほどに旨味で口痛いくらい、これはすごい、
〇野菜サラダ、
葉物にパプリカ、にんじん、くるみ、
さらにスーパーフードのキヌア、実は初体験ですが、、
などなどどっさり、
ちょっとお味噌も足してるらしいドレがまたいい感じ、、
生ハムといっしょに食べると、またぴったり！
〇トリッパ、トマトの酸味やや強めの好きなタイプ、
モツもたっぷり、かなりよく煮込まれててトロトロ、
〇ヒレカツサンド、
人気メニューみたいなので頼んじゃいました、
なんか、豚肉の旨味が全然違う、しっとり、
ソースもぴったりで、やっぱかなり美味しい、
〇生ハムチーズリゾット
チーズにポルチーニのコク、
塩気控えめなので生ハムがぴったり、
超美味しい、
〇おつまみ豚タン、
燻製した豚タンがすごいあっさりで美味しい、
レモン、岩塩、ピンクペッパーで、
ほんとおつまみにぴったり、
〇海の幸のペペロンチーノ、
〆はパスタ、アサリとムール貝、青のりの香りがいい！
どれも美味しくて食べすぎました、ごちそうさまでした！
カウンター席もあり1人でも入りやすいし
ソファー席もあり女子会でもいい感じです。
