You can choose from thin, medium, and thick noodles made by Kanno Seimenjo, which has been in business for 70 years. Managed and manufactured by a full-time noodle making technician. We strictly control the temperature of flour, quality and ingredients of brine. This results in differences in the taste and texture of each noodle.
