基 代々木店は、東京都渋谷区のJR代々木駅西口から少し歩いたところにある。
近くには杜出版株式会社、JR東京総合病院、JR東日本グループのジェクサー・フィットネス＆スパ新宿、代々木ゼミナール本部校、代々木アニメーション学院東京本部校、山野美容専門学校などがある。
また、カフェ ヌック(cafe nook)、イタリアンのトスカーナ 代々木店、珈琲専門店 TOM、本格中華食堂 一番館 代々木店、春樹 代々木店、なぜ蕎麦にラー油を入れるのか。、セブンイレブン 渋谷代々木1丁目店 もある。
2018年3月6日(火)に初めて基 代々木店を訪れた。
さいたま市にも基が数店舗あり、訪れたことがある。
お店の造りは掘りごたつ式のお座敷が中心である。
客層は老若男女幅広い。
店内では洋楽が流れていた。
熱いお茶はセルフサービスである。
基ランチを食した。
税込1000円であった。
ご飯は大盛にした。
メインはハンバーグとかき揚げで水菜が添えられている。
ハンバーグのデミグラスソースは甘みと旨みがあり、お肉はしっとりとしている。
かき揚げは玉ねぎの甘みが際立っている。
刺身は白身が2種類でコリコリとした弾力のある食感がある。
うどんはやわらかめで、具材はわかめと山菜である。
汁は昆布の出汁が効いている。
漬物は白菜でほのかに柚子の風味がする。
ご飯の炊き具合も良い。
美味し。
