代々木駅から徒歩1分のさくらビルに入る割烹;四万十さんです。店名の通り高知料理をメインに様々な地域の郷土料理を供してくれるお店でして、今回は夕食に伺いました。今回は接待的な会食で個室へご案内ですが、入り口からして大人な佇まい…緊張しますが、落ち着いていて雰囲気抜群です。
お料理はアラカルトで旬のものをお任せでお願いしたのですが結論押し並べて旨し！お通しは茸の煮詰めで味わい深くておむすびに入れてほしいレベルです。お料理は旬の刺盛り/ホタルイカの酢漬け/穴子の唐揚げ/牛すじ煮などなどをビールと合わせて美味しく。刺盛りは鰹や鯛やしめ鯖などでさっぱりと、ホタルイカはよく味のしみたホタルイカに甘酢がぴったり、穴子はフカフカな身がサクサクの衣に包まれて最高でありました。
プレシメとシメは季節の天ぷら盛り合わせと讃岐うどんであります。天ぷらはレンコン/カボチャ/エビに加えて鯛も入ってて贅沢なラインナップ、讃岐うどんもしっかりコシがあって食べごたえ抜群、当然うどんに天ぷらを合わせましたよ！つるつるサクサクでこれは良き良きでした。
若い料理長さんが丁寧に作られる本気なお料理を堪能できました。ホール担当の方も気持ち良い接客で良かったです。まだまだ掘りがいのあるお店です。
ただし、タバコを店内で吸えるのはNG。せっかくの料理とお酒が台無しです…
