生カキは要予約らしい。
乾杯には牡蠣に合うワイン？
普段ワインなんて全く口にしないのだが。。。
みなちゃんとぱるちゃんが
遠慮しないで頼め頼めと言ってくれるので

『オレンジワイン』とやらを注文w
口当たりがまろやかでほのかな甘みと
オレンジの香り。
これは飲みやすい〜
◾️牡蠣三種の食べ比べ
んで、まずは3種の生カキ食べ比べ
大きさも違えば、産地によって
かなり味わいも違う。
しかし共通して3種とも海水の塩味がかなり強い。
レモンをかけても塩味が主張してて
せっかくの新鮮な生カキがちょっと
もったいない。
