お肉もお酒もサイドメニューも全部美味しい。満足度高い名店。
2020年、2021年に焼肉百名店に輝いた黒牛。4、5年前に一度来た事があったんですが、久々に会社の締め会で行く事に。
デートでも使えそうな位に高級感のある内装。黒竹コースに飲み放題をつけて注文。
飲み放題のお酒だが、どのお酒も美味しい。ビールはスーパードライ。レモンサワーにはクラスに塩が付いててオシャレ。各種サワーも濃厚でそこら辺のお店の飲み放題で出される酒とは別次元です。
まずは、キムチとナムルの盛り合わせ、小さめのチョレギサラダ。
キムチが美味い。キムチもナムルも上質。これだけでもつまみになるし、満足度が高い。
提供される肉は上タン、上ハラミ、ミスジ、ザブトン、赤身、ホルモン盛り合わせなど。1人1枚分の形で提供されるが、この年齢になると丁度良い量。色んな部位を楽しめます。
肝心の肉は流石と言いたい位にどれも美味しい。
タンは分厚いタイプでは無いが柔らかくて美味しい。名物のミスジは油が乗っててご飯に凄く合う。
歳をとってカルビなどの油がキツくなっていたが、ここの肉は上質なのか全然大丈夫でした。
その他にサイドメニューとして、チヂミとモツ煮に魚沼産のコシヒカリと冷麺。締めにアイスクリームがつきます。
飲み放題つけてこれで1万位なら大満足。ここはコースで頼むのが良いかも。最近行った焼き肉屋の中では1番良かった。今度プライベートでも行こうと思います。

南新宿にある黒牛に行って見ました。
黒牛は、南新宿・代々木駅から行く事が出来る焼肉屋。食べログの焼肉百名店にもなった事のあるお店です。
以前に会社の飲み会で行ったのですが、美味しかったので再び来て見ました。
火曜の19時に予約して行きました。店内はシックでオシャレ。デートや会食とかでも使えそうなお店です。

上タンは分厚いけど柔らかくて歯応えがあって美味い！ハラミも肉肉しく柔らかい！

腕の内側と外側の肉みたいです。この肉は店員さんが焼いてくれます。両方ともめっちゃ柔らかい！溶けるようです。

イチボ
香味だれとポン酢を好きに選んでつけるみたいです。ロース柔らかい！これも溶けるよう！カルビの油が程よく入ってて美味い！イチボは肉肉しくて美味しい！
ホルモン盛り合わせ
ハツ、マルチョウ、レバーの組み合わせ。全部新鮮！ホルモン嫌いでも食べれそう。

ゴパンも少々でちょうど良い！コムタンスープも濃厚で絶妙な味でめちゃ美味！

凄い柔らかくて美味い！今まで食べた上ミノの中でもトップクラスかも！
やっぱ美味しいかったです！肉は勿論、感動する位美味しいのですが、サイドメニューも飲み放題のドリンクもクオリティ高くて隙が無いです。
店員さんの接客も丁寧。普段はコースでは頼まないのですが、コースの完成度が高いので、黒牛はコースがオススメかも！飲み放題付きでこの値段と味ならコスパ高いです。満足度高い！
新宿界隈で美味しい焼肉食べたいならオススメなお店です！
