今回は、代々木でおすすめのお寿司屋「寿司高瀬」に訪問してきました。
このお店は、和食の名店「高瀬」の支店になり、寿司をメインで提供しているお店です。
寿司以外にも和食もあり、和食「高瀬」の味がここでも味わうことができます。
気を抜いて歩いていると通り過ぎてしまいますが、この看板が目印になります。
この階段を上がって2階へと！！
こちらが階段を上がって見える入り口になります。
カウンターは、一枚板で高級感のあるカウンターとなっています！
寿司職人が目の前で握ってくれるカウンター寿司はいいですね。
板前さんにその日のおすすめの魚を聞いてそれを注文したりするのが一番おすすめかと思います。
カウンターだけでなく、個室もありますのでゆっくりできますね！
ランチ握りの竹（1,600円）を注文しました。全部で11貫あります！！
いくらはやはり原価が高いからですが、少量でしたね・・・。
まぁーこの値段ならしょうがないという感じでしょうか。
こちらのトロもランチ握りに入っている中ではレベルがとても高いです♪♪
光に輝くこの色がとてもいいですね〜！
このしらすが鮮度抜群で甘みもあって美味しいかったです〜
1,600円でこれだけの握りを味わえるのは素晴らしいです。
どれも鮮度が良くて美味しかったので夜も来てみたいと思いました！
