今回のネタで心に残ったのは、能登産のもずく酢
しまっていて食感がシャキシャキで香りも良い 最高！
カワハギの肝のせ 身の食感よし！肝よし！
ヒラメ はいつもながら身が締まっていて旨みあり！
あとはウニかなー 濃厚！
今回は目玉的なメニューは無かったものの、満足した。
若干、んっ！と思うようなクオリティーのものを感じたが
このコスパで補いましょう。
