ChefTakeru Kamiko: A chef who aims for unique evolution with free ideas.
Born in Hokkaido in 1981. Owner-chef Ken Miko, who has won three prizes at the All-Japan Chinese Cuisine Competition, trained for eight years at Akasaka Sichuan Hotel, a restaurant run by Kenichi Chen, also known as the "Iron Chef," and in 2010, he and his mentor opened a hotel in Tokyo. Succeeded in launching a Chinese cuisine department. ``TOKYOCHINOIS Miko'' opened in 2017. He has appeared in many media such as Ezaki Glico's ``Pont Cook'' commercial appearance and BS-TBS's ``Magical One Plate''.
