I came here with a friend. It's a small restaurant with a Standing bar bar at the entrance, 5 counter seats at the back, and 2 tables. However, I think it is too big for a general manager to manage alone. There were 10 beer taps on the wall, offering 10 different craft beers. I had never heard of these beers before, so I shared them with friends and compared them. I liked the beer with a rich hop aroma the most. The restaurant's specialty is craft beer, but when it comes to Japanese Japanese-style meal, sake is essential. Thanks to the owner's commitment, Shimane's local sake was lined up, and there were many delicious sakes that I had never tried before. You can order à la carte while standing, but only course meals are available at seats. It may be a cliché, but to put it simply, it's very delicious. Enjoying the drinks and food, I felt like I was in heaven. I forgot to take a picture of the nyumen at the end, but the food was amazing from start to finish. Today's dish was the first Matsusaka beef stew. Even the soup was delicious, the meat was delicious, and it was a restaurant where you can be sure that it's the best for a quick start. I'll visit you again, thank you for the meal!
