トキヤの絶品バーガー第31回。

界隈で人気の、グルメバーガーのお店です。
ランチタイムは、行列になることもしばしば。
ちょっと遅めの時間だったこの日は、待たずに入ることができました。
スタンダードバーガーもありますが、このお店のオリジナルバーガーはこだわりの味。
看板メニューのオリジナル、マッカンバーガーにしてみました。
サイドメニューは、フレンチフライに変更。自家製のホットジンジャーも追加で(^ω^)

ハンバーガーを待つ間に、ホットジンジャーが到着しました。
ほんのり甘めのホットジンジャーは、身体がじんわり温かくなります。
底にあるスライスジンジャーをよく混ぜると、生姜の風味が効いてほどよく辛口にヽ(´▽｀)/
マッカンバーガーも到着しました。
ハンバーガーから流れ出る、チーズマカロニの滝。
フレンチフライでせき止めた、ダムのような外観に圧倒されますね(゜∀゜)
まずは、チーズマカロニから。
たっぷりとろけるチーズの滝に、ミニマカロニがプリプリの食感。
チーズがそれほど重すぎないので、ボリュームがあってもどんどん食べられます(*゜▽゜)ノ
ふわりと柔らかなバンズに、肉厚のパティからじゅわっと肉汁があふれます。
チーズマカロニの中から、燻製したナッツが弾けていいアクセント。
さすがにボリュームも満点(≧∇≦)/
フレンチフライも、サクサクでホクホク。
黒こしょうがピリッと引き立てますo(^▽^)o
