I went there for dinner. Shin-Okubo is crowded with people during the day, but it calms down at night. Famous restaurants that are crowded at lunchtime may be open for walk-ins at night. This shop is also famous for its sheep skewers, and I've always wanted to go there. Considering the size of the restaurant, the number of customers was small and I was able to enjoy my meal at a leisurely pace. However, please be careful as the K-POP music is playing at such high volume that it will damage your ears.
