Food Ganjang gejang is made with live blue crab marinated in soy sauce.
The famous family's ganjang gejang uses live blue crabs sent directly from Toyosu and marinated in the famous family's secret soy sauce sauce. We have received compliments from many customers who have eaten our products. *The photo shows 2 servings. It costs 3,600 yen per person.
Food Samgyeopsal (three-tier pork belly Teppan-yaki set)
Three-tiered pork belly is grilled on a griddle with garlic slices and kimchi, then dipped in miso or soy sauce, wrapped in vegetable leaves, and eaten all at once. It's delicious, nutritious, and will keep you motivated for tomorrow. It goes well with draft beer and Macquarie. The price is currently 930 yen per serving for American products and 1,600 yen (excluding tax) for domestic products, with orders starting from 2 people.
