ケジャン食べたことないって言ったら、とりあえずケジャンが美味しい店を下調べに行こうと大久保へ。
日曜日で雨、大久保駅から離れていることもあって店内は空いていました。それにランチ定食やってないって。だからメニューから食べたいものを注文します。カンジャンケジャンありました。でも一杯5000円！高いなあ。
予約してないけどカンジャンケジャン出せるって言うからついつい注文してしまいました。
あとはコムタンスープとチャプチェとご飯。
まずは三種の惣菜が出ました。サラダと煮物と辛くした厚揚げ。煮物は和風タイプ。
そのあとにカンジャンケジャンがきました。ワタリガニ一杯で1人2掛け。オモニが食べ方を指南してくれます。それもかなり念入りに。殻からまだ食べ切ってない！薄っぺらく噛みしだいて身を全部食べ切りなさいと言われます。そしてチェックされ合格をもらわないといけません。煩わしいかもしれませんが、その通りにした方が余す事なく頂けますから言う通りにしましょう。新鮮なカニの身がチュルンとして醤油ベースのタレに合いますね。初めて食べましたがもの凄く美味しいです。もっと食べたいけど追加で5000円は出せませんでした。
片方の手が汚れるのでポリ手袋を使用しますが結局もう片方の手も手袋なしで手掴みしましたので暫く臭いが取れませんでした。
コムタンスープも牛の旨味が滲み出て美味しいです。ただチャプチェは甘すぎてご飯のおかずとしてはイマイチでした。
総額8000円強。美味しいけどケジャンが高すぎるよ。
後から色々調べてみるとケジャンの美味しい季節はオスとメスで異なるよう。オスが夏から秋にかけてでメスが冬から春にかけてとのこと。産卵時期で内子が沢山詰まっているメスが食べたかったのですが、この日頂いたのは内子らしきものはなかったのでこれはオスだったのですかね。せいこ蟹も内子外子が詰まったのが美味しいからなー。
