Korean herbal gingyetang is a Chinese herbal soup that is simmered for a long time with over 30 ingredients, including Chinese herbs such as ginseng, deer antler, and ginger, and nuts such as walnuts, pine nuts, and sunflower seeds. Because we use young chicken from which the fat has been removed, this Chinese herbal chicken soup has a light and fragrant flavor.
