この日の夕食は大久保にて。
ＪＲ大久保駅で下車、北口から出て向いましたのは、『広島流つけ麺 からまる』さんというお店でした。
ですが、店前に到着しますと、「今日は麺が終わってしまって」とのことで入店かなわず(´；ω；`)ｳｩｩ
仕方なく駅近くまで戻り、北口の目の前の『大村庵』さんというお店でした。
こちらは、
『蕎麦粉は北海道産を中心に、その年の質のいい蕎麦の実を選び抜き、当店独自の挽き方を業者に依頼し、粒子の大きな粉を作ってもらっています。毎分16回転のゆっくりな超低速回転の石臼で少しずつ、なるべく熱をもたせないようにしています。そうして生まれる独特の歯触りを喉越しよく味わっていただくために、2割のつなぎと美味しい水で打っています。大村庵は、お子様からお年寄りまで、安心してお召し上がりいただけるように国産食材にこだわっております』とのこと。
老舗感は感じる店構え、先客のいない店内へ。
間仕切りのあるカウンター席にて、税込４００円のノンアルコールビールを飲みながら、この日いただきましたのは、
①だし巻き玉子、税込６００円
アルコール類を提供されていない影響でつまみ類について、材料を仕入れてないものも多いみたいでした。
その中でチョイスしましただし巻き玉子、見た目は美味しそうでしたが、出汁の存在をあまり感じない印象(;´∀｀)
それを補う醤油がかけられた大根おろし、こちらも醤油が微妙な量しかしみていなくて、かつ卓上には醤油の用意がありませんでした(^_^;)
②カリカリ蕎麦の豆腐サラダ、税込６８０円
前述の通り、ないものが多かったメニューからサラダをチョイス。
後客のサラダのオーダーにはサラダ終了との回答でしたので、最後の１皿だったみていです。
うーん、これがサラダねえ、と思うほど、揚げ蕎麦と豆腐ばかりが目立ち、野菜はミニトマトなどひとつまみくらいしかない印象でした(;^ω^)
メニューの見本写真とはまったく違う印象となりました(;^_^A
③ざる、税込６９０円
〆の蕎麦はオーソドックスなざるをお願いしました。
まずそのまま１口啜った蕎麦は、水切れが甘くべちょっとしていて、蕎麦の風味をあまり感じないものでした(;・∀・)
そばつゆにつけてもあまり印象は変わらないままで食べ終えました。
会計時に垣間見えた雑然としすぎた厨房、入店時に見ていたら、このお店に入ることはありませんでした(￣▽￣;)
