大久保駅の周辺に大村庵と言う名称の町の蕎麦屋さんが2件あります。
その内1件は先日、伺いました。
こちらも同じようなメニューを選択しました。
セットメニューからカツ丼とかけそばを注文しました。
こちらは入口に手打ちそばと銘打っていて自家製麺になります。
お店は常連さんらしきお客さんが多い様です。
少し時間が掛かって一緒に配膳です。
まずカツ丼は小さなサイズではなくレギュラーサイズです。
お肉は合成肉や形成肉ではなくちゃんと一枚肉です。
やや肉厚は薄い感じですが町のお蕎麦屋だとこんなもんだと思います。
無論、とんかつ屋さんやカツ丼に特化したお店と比べれば肉厚は薄いですが……。
味は火入れも問題なく丼つゆは辛めのつゆだくで食欲が進みます。
一方のかけそばは二八の手打ちそばでつゆはかえしの分量がやや少なく薄味ですね。
出汁は節系、昆布辺りの王道ですが江戸前の蕎麦なのでつゆのかえしはやや強めの方がベストです。
大久保駅の2件の大村庵さんではこちらの方が優良です。
