大久保徘徊してるときに
いつも気になっていた
トルコ料理屋さんに入ってみたよ。
奥行きのある店内。
思ったよりお客さんが
入っていてにぎわってます。
日本人のお客さんが
多いですね。
メニューを開くと魅力的な
お料理が目白押し。
フムス的なものが充実して
いますね。
どれも美味しそうで悩んで
しまいますが、
「チョバン カウルマ」
が気になったので頼んでみました。

これが「チョバン カウルマ」だ！！
「チョバン カウルマ」とは
ラムと野菜のソテーのこと。
中央にごはんが
添えてあるのがうれしい。
お味の方は・・
うん！これ美味しい！！
じょいっこ、これ好きだ！
羊肉が分厚いのに
癖がなくて柔らかくて。
塩味も程よくて、
ごはんにもビールにも
よく合う味付け。
トルコ独特のスパイスが
気分を高めてくれます。
辛さは少なかったので
今度頼むときは少し辛く
してもらおうかな。
これだと野菜もたくさん
入っていてヘルシーで最高！
これはわんぱく男子も好きな
料理なんじゃないかな？
いつも通り過ぎていたけれど
味も良くて店員さんも親切で
とっても良いお店でした。
今度は大人数で行っていろんな
料理を食べてみたいな。

The bubble may be over, but kebabs aren't over. The first day of Ramadan. Dinner with Muslims at Turkish Cuisine Hisar Okubo. I was looking for a place to eat halal food in Okubo, but there were surprisingly few... So I chose this restaurant. It was the first day of Ramadan, so I thought it would be crowded with Muslims, but it wasn't and I was able to enter easily. Lentil soup: Strong tomato flavor, unique Turkish taste. I'm used to drinking Bangladeshi dal, so it felt a little strange at first, but it was delicious in its own way. Kebab platter: 3,100 yen. The person next to me ordered it and it looked delicious, so I ordered it. It was so big! So gorgeous! Lots of meat. Before it came out, I thought 3,100 yen was expensive, but for this amount of volume, it was actually cheap! Whether it's lamb, chicken or kofta, everything is soft and delicious. It also comes with vegetables, rice and potatoes, so it's great that you can have a complete meal with just one. I don't usually eat kebabs, but as I was hungry after breaking my fast, I enjoyed this very much. I started to get tired of the taste halfway through, so I ordered some spicy sauce, which was very hot and good too. And when I ordered chai after the meal, they brought out a complimentary Sweets. It was a sweet called kerpale, with a texture somewhere between a cookie and a cake. It was not too sweet and was very delicious! By the way, the currently popular kunafeh is also on the menu, but you need to make a reservation a week in advance. It was a rainy and cold day, but the hot chai warmed my body and I left the restaurant feeling happy.
