ランチ（カニ身と木の子のペペロンチーノ） 1000円
クリーニング屋さんが廃業となって
そのあとに何ができるのかなと
思っていたら、どうもレストランっぽい。
で、トラットリアという看板が掲げられました。
それが、もう一年前。
当初は午後にカフェ的な営業もやっていましたが、
ランチメニューがなく、大久保にしては割高感があって。
そのうちランチでもやらないかなと思っていたら
ランチが始まり、それももう結構経ちますが
なんか今日までズルズルと。
土日もランチをやっているので、
行くチャンスは何度もありましたが
1000円のランチというと、
大久保にしては高いので。。。
今日はクリスマスということで奮発。
12時半頃の訪問で、先客1後客1。
ランチは前菜+パスタ。
パスタは4種類あって、どれも惹かれますが、
カニのペペロンチーノって珍しいのではと。
発注して、5分程度で前菜が。
おしゃれイタリアンとは違って
白い無地の皿に、5種類の前菜が盛られています。
サラダ、パイ、蒸し野菜？、パテ、玉子焼き。
野菜はちょっと乾燥気味ですが、
どの品も気取らない感じの
手をかけた家庭料理的な感じで
トラットリアらしい一皿。
他の店なら、これだけでワンコインは軽く超えそう。
パテとかパイは、へぇ、こういう味かと思いながら
いいなぁと。
前菜を食べ終えて、間もなくパスタの登場です。
オーダーから10分強という感じでしょうか。
量は標準的です。
カニ身と木の子のペペロンチーノとのことですが、
具材として一番多いのはキャベツ。
ホウレンソウとシメジが続いて、
ちょろちょろっとカニ身。
一口。
あ、久々にしっかりしたアルデンテ食べたなと。
茹であがりは良好です。
ニンニクの風味がそれなりにして
カニカニしてませんが、野菜の甘みはしっかり出てます。
滋味深いホウレンソウがいいアクセントに。
素朴ながらもうまいなぁと。
10人も入ればいっぱいになるお店ですが、
夜は混んでる日が多くて
なるほどと合点がいきました。
気取らない大久保らしいトラットリアです。

実に三年ぶりの訪問です。
内容も値段もほぼ変わりなし。
ほっとしました。
ランチは、前菜とパスタの組み合わせで
6種類。
サバ缶とフレッシュトマトのペペロンチーノにしました。
ほどなく前菜が出てきて
ちょうど食べ終えたころにパスタが。
では。
前菜は7,8種。
夜の一品料理から少量お試しのよう。
丁寧な作り。
味がかぶらず楽しめる。
サバ缶パスタ。
キャベツとトマト。
ほんのりサバの風味。
うまい。
自宅で作ってもよさそう。
この味にはならないかもしれないけど。
やっぱり満足なランチでした。
他店がのきなみ値上げしているので
よけいにお得感あり。
