実に先週ぶりかもしれん。
こんな日は午前中からひとり気ままにネパール呑みしちゃいませう。
ずーと呑み利用に狙っていた大久保の『ガウレレストラン＆セクワガル』に侵入！
午前中から生ビールをクイッと。

朝から何も喰わずにココまで耐えた甲斐があるわ。
全身に絶え間なく染み渡るアルコールがウマいというより気持ちが良すぎる。

お通しは、マスタードの風味と発酵の酸味にキュンとするスパイシーな大根の漬物。
ムラコアチャールてヤツです。
お通しからしてやっぱ大久保は違うわ。

豚肉の串焼きを串からハズしたヤツ的な。

そのまま喰らっても香ばしくてウマい。
ネパール山椒カホるスパイシートマトソースをつけてもウマい。
レモンを搾ってもウマい。

また柔らかすぎないのが、肉喰らってる感があってイイんだわ。

モモを野菜と一緒に甘いソースで炒めたヤツという説明だったけど、仕上がりを見るに、もしかしたらチリモモの事なのか？
コレが濃厚なケチャップ味で、甘みと辛味と酸味もあって酒がススんじゃうんだわ。
