砂肝の辛味炒めに感動！湖南料理
大久保と新大久保の間に新しくできた湖南料理の店、淘湘記でランチ。地下にあるお店。まだ新しいこともあってとてもきれい。普通に中国語で接客されるけど、私が日本語を話すとお姉さんも日本語に。とてもきれいな日本語を話す人だった。
価格はこの界隈の中華にしては高め。砂肝の辛味炒め880円を注文。
まず出てきたスープとキュウリ。どちらも味が薄くて、うーんと思う。スープはあとで辛い料理を食べた後に飲むとさっぱりするかもしれないと思い、取っておく。
ちゃんと注文が入ってから作っているようである。砂肝到着。すごい、どっさり！ごはんもどっさり！辛めで注文したら、しっかり辛くてめちゃくちゃうまい！！なんだこれ、辛いだけじゃなくて、すごくおいしい。ニンニクの芽もすごくいいアクセントになっていて癖になる。量多いかなと思ったけど、ペロリと完食。これはいい店見つけたかも。またほかのメニューを試しにきてみよう、というか、夜も来てみたいなあ。

大久保の湖南料理、淘湘記でPayPayランチ。ここ再訪したいと思っていたので、PayPay使えるのうれしい。
980円の高めメニュー、豚肉の田舎風炒め物にした。中辛？小辛？と聞かれ、中辛に。すごく辛いよ、大丈夫？と聞かれた。確かに辛い。普通の人には確かに厳しい辛さかも。見た目辛そうじゃないのにね。大辛はどうなっちゃうのか。でもとってもおいしくいただきました。
食べ終わった後の油がすごい…
