大久保駅から新大久保駅に向かい、すぐの大久保通り沿いにあるお店で、地下一階にある。平日のランチタイムに初訪問する。
中国は湖南省の辛い料理がウリで、辛いもの好きの人と行ったので、辛くないものがあるか心配だったけど、普通にチャーハンとかあり安心。
メニューの一番上にある「田舎風豚肉炒め 980円」にする。普通は辛いけど、辛さ控えめにもできるとのこと、それでお願いする。
店内は薄暗い雰囲気のなか音楽が掛かり、店員さんはじめお客さんも飛び交う会話はほとんど中国語で、現地感がある。
10分せずに提供される。卵スープとザーサイがつく。まず見た目にピーマンが鮮やか、豚肉とニンニク、玉ねぎとボリューム満点。
炒めた油が結構辛くって、じんわり汗をかきながら食べ進む。食をそそる濃いめの味付け、ご飯は足りなくなるが、セルフでおかわりできる。
さいごまで汗が止まらなかったけど、辛さの中でも美味しかったな。お会計にはSuicaなどの電子マネーが使える。
