何て守備範囲が狭かったんだ俺は、、、
韓国✕海鮮はなかなか珍しい、大阪のグルメな友人が東京来たらカンジャンケジャン食べたい言いますねん。普段は行列してますが、大雨なので何とかテラス（寒い(T_T)に通して頂きました。
正直、韓国料理を率先して行くことはなく、味が濃いとか単調だとか、知識も浅く、反省しております。
青松とか、一龍とか24なので、六本木、赤坂で飲み過ぎた朝方は重宝するが、ほうば亡き後、韓国料理にはさらに興味を失い、ソナム、アス、宮、シモン、そんな有名店くらいしか行ってなかったなあ。
そっか、サムギョプサルでも、チヂミでも、チャプチェでもなく、トッポギでもない。韓国海鮮だとっ！！その手があったか。
Kコースは3980くらいだったかな？エビも2種、カニも2種、カンジャンケジャンは1人1杯ずつ、甲羅の味噌も、腹もしゃぶれるのである。
韓国醤油漬けダレ、生カニの旨味の邪魔してないんだなあ。漬け具合も絶妙なんだろう、煮卵の黄身が黄金に輝くとき、塩分が入り固まりつつあるそんな状態になっている。甲羅側の肝が、卵がまた良い。ご飯を加えてぐちゃぐちゃしたりして。
足をしゃぶる、手はグチャグチャになろうとも、口の周りがどないなっているのかも、次第にどうでも良くなる。一心不乱この境地である。蟹挟みで上手に割って、こそぎ出してやると、身はあるわあるわ、ジュるりジューシーなのである。
ヤンニョム、その響きはチキンの為にある、そんな風に思っていた、やや胸焼け感がする。否、ヤンニョムケジャンは違う！！
コチュジャンベースのタレなんだろうが、漬け込み海鮮の旨味が加わると覚醒している。ヤンニョムとは、コイツラの為にあったのか、と思わされる。こちらは足だけだが、腹もしゃぶってみたい。ああ好きだなあ。
カンジャンセウ、大振りぶるんぶるんの生海老は堪らんのです。天使の海老のキロ20尾くらいのサイズ感か。
家醤油チッカンジャンは日本の薄口醤油の様なもんか、塩味は高いが、色は薄いんだなあ。しかしこのツケダレ絶妙、美味いなあ。こいつを啜りながら、マッコリいけるなあ。
手がグチョぐちょで、写真どころじゃねえ。ビニール手袋なんてしても何故か内部にもタレ、手はくせえ。果てはマッコリ啜り、テンションあがり、ヤンニョムセウを追加しておりましたとさ。
テラスは寒い、飲み放題だが、ちょいとイラッとする程の提供スピード、放置感はあり、コースにはデザートまで付くらしい、時間きたので食べずに出たが、ご愛嬌。ワタリガニと天使の海老の新しい一面に出逢え、やや興奮気味の私。
セウはカンジャン、ケジャンはヤンニョム派の私でありました。これだけとことんループで呑みに来たいもんであります。ご馳走様でした。うまうま
