In the midst of Corona, I was planning to develop a new country in Nepal. I crossed Shin-Okubo and walked sideways at the entrance of Handsome Street. It was quite a trip, but restaurant was quickly found. The door leading to the inside of the store was firmly chained, and I felt as if I was refusing to enter the store. If you don't decide on a restaurant right away, you'll miss out on lunch. There are many restaurants in Shin-Okubo, mainly Korean Restaurants, but if you don't narrow down the restaurants according to the needs of the users, you will end up with a disappointing meal. My needs were for one person to have lunch for less than 1,000 yen. If you go back to the entrance of Handsome Street, there is a [A: 13116775, head office] that is often used in Okubo [A: 13196918, branch]. When I looked inside, it was crowded with a group of young women, even though it was lunchtime on a weekday. I could see that it was really popular. Well, I wondered what was going on, and when I looked at the second floor of the building, there was a similar Korean Restaurants. When I saw the name of the store, I remembered that it was a store that I wanted to use someday. When I went up to the second floor and opened the door of the store, a space with a good atmosphere spread. However, there were no customers in the store. There is only a middle-aged man sitting at the cash register right at the entrance, with no hand in his hand. When I walked into the store, I didn't seem to care and didn't even stand. Moment... Shikjit... That's what I thought. I wasn't told anything in particular, so I sat at a table by the window on the vacant Okubo Street side. First of all, if you look at the lunch menu, most of the dishes are over 1,000 yen. Despite the fact that it was standard for a Korean Restaurants, the lunch price was a little high. I immediately decided on "bibimbap", which is relatively inexpensive on the menu. As you know, bibimbap is one of the most well-known dishes in Korean Restaurants. It is a dish in which ingredients such as rice, namul, meat, and eggs are placed in a special container such as stainless steel, combined with seasonings such as gochujang and sesame oil, and stirred well. At Korean Restaurants, there is no restaurant that is not on the menu, and I think it is easy to understand whether it tastes good or bad. Three kinds of appetizers, leek soup, and bibimbap were served at once. I prefer that the eggs are not raw, but soft-boiled fried eggs. I stirred the stainless steel dish all at once and stirred well until the half-boiled yolk blended into the rice. First of all, take a bite of soup ... I scooped it up with a spoon and took a bite of the rice that Namul was familiar with. There is no special feeling in the taste, and you can enjoy it normally. After eating to a certain extent, I adjusted the taste with gochujang. On the way, we took turns eating three kinds of appetizers. As I drank the soup, it gradually became powdery. Apparently the soup was instant, and at the bottom there was powder left without melting. It wasn't until I left that there were no customers. Despite the good entrance and location of Handsome Street, the owner still seemed to be idle at the cash register.
