The interior of the store is inspired by the good old scenery of Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, and is a comfortable space where you can feel the warmth of wood and relax. The traditional interior decorations and crafts that are scattered throughout are all purchased locally in Nepal. It's a special space where you can feel like you're traveling to Nepal while being in the city center. Standing bar and smoking counter on the balcony is a popular spot where you can enjoy a drink while enjoying the night view of Shinjuku.
Food We want to deliver not only the deliciousness but also the food culture of Nepal itself.
We deliver the authentic taste of the capital, Kathmandu, with a focus on Newar cuisine and Thakali cuisine, which is known for its gourmet food. The spices we purchase directly from the local area are carefully selected from high-quality ones grown at high altitudes. We use Nepal's traditional pottery "Matka" to serve our meals. We would like to actively introduce menus and serving methods that are still rare in Japan, and spread the traditional culture of Nepal, including not only the deliciousness but also the tableware and atmosphere.

Incorporating the tandoor oven, which is used mainly in northern India and Nepal, you can enjoy Nepalese Cuisine that takes full advantage of the far-infrared rays and aromatic aroma of charcoal. Enjoy a cup of chai with the unique aroma of masala and black tea, combined with the aroma of charcoal.
