この日は久しぶりにダルバートでも喰っとく？ってな訳で、前から気になっていたネパール料理店に伺ってみました”Rato Mato”さん
年明け早々の店内はやや閑散としていてネパール料理店らしい印象
今回はダルバート（1,000円）1択だったからマトンで発注
程なく提供された一品はほっこり優しい印象でダルバートらしいビジュアルで食欲をそそります。
まずはダルを一口含むと柔らかい口当たりでごはんとの相性もバッチリだし、そのまま味噌汁のように飲んでも間違いなく旨い収まりでした。 マトンカレーもしゃば旨いスープに肉の旨みが存分に溶け出していて飯との相性は抜群でした！
付け合わせのサグやグンドゥルックも旨かったしコスパは半端なく良かったかな。 次はマトンセクワも試してみようと思います。
