夕食は大久保で降りて、店舗からの新宿の眺めが良いと評判のネパール料理屋「Rato Mato」に行って参りました♪
店内、ネパール人と日本人が半々と言う感じで満席のご繁盛でございます♪
ダルバートをお願い致しますと、一目でこのお店だと分かる独特の色合いの食器に美しく盛り込まれて出て参ります♪
カレーを野菜に致しますと、野菜は何かな？とスプーンをワクワクしながら差し入れますと、何とジャガイモと発酵筍と「アルタマ」でありまして、これは一品儲けた気分でありました♪
トマトチャトニが2種類添えられておりまして、赤い方はフレッシュなトマト感が嬉しいタイプ、黄色い方（レモンの下 ^^）はティムールがばっちり効いた如何にもネパール風味と言うトマトチャトニでありまして、どちらも非常に美味しゅうございます。
トマトチャトニってネパール料理の花だよなぁと思ったりした、チャトニ好きの親父でありました♪
席が窓から離れていたので、噂の夜景はちょっとしか望めませんでしたが、成程これは絶景だと思わせる光景でありました♪
