ネパールの方と思われるグループの方も多く、この時間帯でここまで混雑しているとは思いませんでした。
最後の1席（窓際の小上がり）に運良く座れました。ソロ客は自分のみ。予約推奨です。

退店時19時頃もほぼ満席
ネパール料理のお店ですが窯焼きを売りにしており、注文はパン生地で蓋をしたビリヤニとチャイに決めていました。
チャイもタンドールで仕上げているとあり。
ビリヤニは注文時に、ちょっと時間かかります、と伝えられ、20分弱で配膳。
ビリヤニはやっぱり出来立てが美味しいと思うので、7Fから新宿の夜景を見ながら待ちます。
□マトンビリヤニ
◯パンポットを開ける時テンションが上がります。中からスパイスの香りがブワッと上がります。
◯炊き方はしっとり。マリネ液の濃いぐずぐずのところから白米の比較的パラパラのところまでグラデーションありですが、全体としてはしっとり。しっとり系好きです。
・ホールスパイス、ぶどうなどアクセントもあり。
・ディナータイムのビリヤニ価格としては他店舗と比較すると安めですが、ライス量・マトン量は少なめ。
◯ライタ（ヨーグルト）も付いて1人分としてはちょうど良くコスパ◎と思います。
□チャイ
・タンドール釜で仕上げられた（恐らく）熱々で提供。
・表面にはミルク量が多いチャイの特徴であるラムスデン現象（ミルク膜）。
◯甘さもありほっとするチャイでした。
美味しく頂きました。
今回はビリヤニを頼んだので、次回はネパール料理（特に焼きもの）を頂いてみたいと思います。
