23年4月に出来た新店さんです。
池袋や歌舞伎の二郎や、ラーメンイエローさんにも在籍していた店主さんです。
麺は絶妙な塩梅で茹でられています！オーションの風味と噛み応えがうまいです！
スープは乳化しており、とろっとした口当たりです！卓上にカエシがあるので適宜調整が可能です！
豚はホロっとしたウデ豚です！アブラの乗り方も良く、美味しかったです！
全体的に完成度が高い一杯でした！トッピングも豊富ですので飽きが来ない作りとなっています。
